United passenger database will be created in Russia by 2014

As it was told in an interview to "Rossyiskaya Gazeta" by Deputy Transport Minister Andrew Nedosekov, the database is to be created to ensure transport safety. The passport data of passengers will be saved in it in order to facilitate and expedite the check-up procedures.
